Question want to migrate emails(from desktop) into MBX

Hello all,
I have yet another question for you all. I have 2 emails saved on my desktop that i saved from my eudora in box. I now have everything installed and i would like to include these 3 emails in my In box.. they are in "notepad" format.

How would i get these into my mailbox like a regular email?
thanks
