I see several posts "touching on my problem" of trying to download mail automatically. I just haven't seen a response that will fix my problem.
My issue becomes noticeable when I ask Eudora (Tools, Options,Checking Mail) to automatically download my mail every few minutes (e.g. 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, ....) When I manually click "Get Mail," mail is retreived with no problems. However the automated download is something else. Here is a sample of my Eudora.log file: Mon Dec 06 17:42:21 2004 Version 6.1.2.0 LogLevel 1183 (0x49F) 3264 16:0.0 Open 207.217.121.215:110 3264 8:0.1 Dialog: "Could not connect to errors that pop up from time to time. The errors shown in my Eudora.log file are so frequent it causes my ISP to constantly warn me that my mailbox is getting full and needs to be emptied. I've been shut down because of this issue when I'm out of town, etc. Thanks and any assistance is highly appreciated, - Jan |
