Default How can i password-protect attachments sent with Eudora 6.2 (Mac OS X0

Anyone know how I might be able to either

1) get a prompt BEFORE sending an attachment ("Do you really want to attach file xxx to this message?" sort of thing) or

2) password-protect an attachment so that it could not be opened on the other end without my supplying a password? (either via a prompt or automatically for every attachment)

This is because we have sensitive data on our MacBook and somehow an entire folder recently got attached to a message and the recipient received dozens/hundreds of sensitive files. We don't know how the folder got attached, but if it happens in future, i would be nice to know that the attachment was encrypted, or we were prompted for each attachment to catch such things.
Thanks!
charles

Not exactly what you want but close.
Go to "Settings" under "Extra Warnings" and set "Try to send a message whose size is > __" to a very small number, say 40K. Most messages are less than that and practically any attachment would push it over the limit

This would work only between Macs. Make a password protected disk image of the attachment.
