I don't know Incredimail, but can you export your emails in MBX, MBOX or UNIX style or even plain text?

I found the following using Google...it may take some work on your part but at least it points you in the right way (hopefully.)

Quote:
1) Before removing IM from your PC, use Incrediconvert and save converted mails in a new file somewhere on your PC. Incrediconvert will automatically convert all existing folders. INCREDICONVERT DOWNLOAD HERE 2) Open Outlook Express and copy paste each Incrediconvert folder content into a new Outlook Express folder Follow these steps for one folder copy: -open Incredimail converted XYZ folder -select all -drag and drop the whole selected content into the specific Outlook express folder you created 3) Repeat above steps for each Incrediconverted folder 4) Exit Outlook 5) In Eudora select File/Import/Advanced/Outlook Express 6) Browse for DBX files (they are usually are contained in Root Documents and Settings\USER\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{4E0C9468-473E-4567-95C7-EA77EC842B39}\Microsoft\Outlook Express {4E0C9468-473E-4567-95C7-EA77EC842B39} is the file name in my PC yours may be different Select the dbx file and click OK You'll get your mails into Eudora ! I got sick of using Incredimail
and just got Eudora instead. How do I transfer my settings from IncrediMail to Eudora? I was able to get one server on there manually, but I get mail from 2 different ones. How do I get the 2nd one on there? And can I transfer all my saved messages from IncrediMail to Eudora?

How about trying to use the search feature? Not sure if this will answer all your questions but check out these links:
